I can't tell you how many times I've made this delicious recipe, given to me by my sister-in-law, Susan Krill. Everyone who likes salmon loves it.

Preheat Grill to medium high.

Heat soy, sherry and sugar just until the sugar melts.Add ginger and garlic.

Pour mixture over salmon marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator or 30 minutes at room temperature.

Remove salmon from marinade and pat dry.

Brush oil on both sides.

Grill flesh side down first. Turn and grill skin side down until salmon flakes with a fork and is no longer clear.
