I created this recipe for my kids, who liked the marinated chicken of a local deli. It came out very similar to theirs and got a definite thumbs up from my kids. If you have the time to marinate it for 24 hours, it turns out much tastier!

Slice chicken into 2" x 5" pieces and thread onto wooden skewers.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

Refrigerate chicken 2 to 24 hours.

Remove from marinade and discard marinade.

Place chicken skewers on grill on high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Turn heat to medium and continue cooking until cooked through.
