Mary’s Pineapple Casserole

pineapple-casseroleMy mother-in-law always served this with ham on Easter.  It’s SOooo good! Just make sure you coat the pan with butter before you add the ingredients or you’ll be soaking the dish for a while.

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 2 Tablespoons flour
  3. 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1 stick butter, melted
  6. 4 slices cubed white bread
  7. 4 slices cubed raisin bread
  1. Everything gets mixed into one baking dish. Beat the eggs in the baking dish, then add the flour and mix. Add pineapple and sugar and mix. Add butter and bread and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
