- 2 Tablespoons shallots
- 2 teaspoons fresh garlic
- 1 cup cooked rice (brown or white)
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- dash red pepper
- dash black pepper
- Pineapple and cooked vegetables of your choice, such as green or red peppers, green beans or sugar snap beans, peas, carrots, etc. (optional)
- Saute shallots and garlic until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Serve.
